Terms and Conditions

Thank you for hiring BlacCar as your transportation provider! 

~ A valid credit card & photo ID are required in order to reserve any vehicle from BlacCar and/or its affiliates

~Deposit Requirements: At the time of booking, all reservations require a non-refundable deposit plus any additional fees.(booking fee, airport service fee or any applicable fee)

~No-shows: A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the client cannot be located at the specified pickup location or contacted via phone within (15) minutes after the scheduled pickup time. For all No-Shows, the full trip fare,  all fees, will be charged.

~Change Policy: Changes to the reservation including, but not limited to, date of service, pickup or drop off times, are subject to availability and new rates may apply. To cancel or modify an existing reservation, call 480-500-1488. Notification of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled reservation date to avoid the charge of the full reservation fare plus all fees. 

~immediate termination of services will be made if client and/or guests of client verbally and/or physically abuse chauffeur or any employee of BlacCar and no refunds will be issued.

• BlacCar reserves the right to verify the identification of any client we believe is under 21. If anyone in the party is under 21, no alcohol is permitted in the vehicle . Underage drinking will result in an immediate termination of contract and no refunds will be issued.
~ BlacCar is not responsible for traffic delays, mechanical problems, weather, etc.

~BlacCar guarantees that all of our vehicles are constantly checked to keep the highest possible standards and eliminate such failures as much as possible.

~ BlacCar shall not be responsible for any items left in its vehicles.

~• NO SMOKING, VAPING OR FOOD PERMITTED IN ANY VEHICLES.

~A $500.00 minimum cleaning fee will be assessed if client or guest of client regurgitates inside or on any part of vehicle.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: The issuer of the card is and has authorized to pay the amount as TOTAL AMOUNT DUE. I (the card holder and/or reservation holder) promise to pay TOTAL AMOUNT DUE (together with any other charges due thereon) subject to and in accordance with the agreement governing the use of such card.
